We can print high impact branding on your packaging or add custom designs so it is easily identifiable in transit.

Using our spectrophotometer to eliminate human error, we can match retailer brand guidelines and provide colour consistency.

We produce die-cut, hand-erect and machine-erect trays, plus our new quick-to-assemble 4-corner trays, available in a variety of sizes – ideal for fresh produce. Our video below shows how much time these trays could save you.

Inks & Coatings

We use natural inks and coatings for our digital, flexo and screen printing.

Earthinks® and Earth Coatings are environmentally friendly, water-based products which are made from up to 80% natural materials. This significantly reduces their impact on the environment. At the same time, quality is as good – and in some cases better than synthetic and oil-based inks and coatings – and prices are comparable.

For digital printing we use solely water-based ink, making this packaging particularly environmentally-friendly.

Inks

Earthinks offer stability over long runs due to their unique pH-independent technology, which improves colour consistency. They can be used when flexo and screen printing.

We also offer new fluorescent inks from the Earthinks range which can be used when flexo-printing on to coated paper to deliver print quality comparable with litho-printing.

Coatings

The application of the right coating can turn basic corrugated board into a specialist packaging material. Coatings can be used to provide similar properties to traditional materials such as solidboard – but without the high cost and heavy weight associated with these older boards.

By applying a protective coating to the box, you may be able to eliminate the need for separate internal plastic packaging. And, on our Weipong flexo-printer, you can even apply the coating in one pass, at the same time as the board is printed, which can prove particularly cost-effective.
