Mock-up production
We produce plain or full colour mock-ups to suit your needs. The acquisition of our new Hanway digital printer means we can produce samples of your packaging designs economically, before we enter production. So you can try our packaging or Point of Sale (POS) displays at your product pre-production meetings and see how they will look in a store environment.

Artwork Production
Our tried and tested process manages the input from the various stakeholders and all the different elements of the project – the images, the brand requirements, the pack copy and the legal information. This process includes:

• A kickoff meeting, involving all parties to discuss the project, its technical requirements and our customer's expectations. Discussions include the choice of print process, the substrates, the use of special colours and consistency across pack variations
• A 'lead line' artwork file as a guide to enable us to produce all subsequent variants to the exacting standards we have set at the beginning of the project. We share the pre-art meeting notes and the lead line artwork with all parties in the artwork process. This ensures that the final print across the entire range is delivered to the original design vision and meets our customers' requirements

Our FTP server enables customers to upload and send artwork at their convenience. Review, feedback and approval is made easier than ever with our online proofing system, Proof HQ, where you can see and sign off on visuals, assets, artwork, packing instructions and more.

We always advise of any artwork issues prior to print, and we include two full amended versions of the artwork as part of our original price.

Repro
We run the latest 'direct to plate' systems, with the highest quality calibrated proofing output devices. We can provide press-ready digital artwork for all print formats including screen, flexo, digital and litho.

Precise colour proofing is essential, which is why we provide colour-managed proofs that are calibrated to our printing presses. We provide proofs for digitally printed jobs on the actual stock, using the machine they will be printed on, so what you see is what you will get!

Print Management
Once we have designed the perfect packaging for you, we will liaise with your preferred manufacturer – in the UK or abroad.
